Helder Machado – Technology Manager – Master Internet

Helder Machado started working when he was 17 years old, as an office boy, the company was called TV VIDEO CABO at the time, it was only 22 TV channels broadcast on a 450mhz network, and he went through several sectors in the company, and in two years, it emerged opportunity to work as an installer technician. After that he became a network technician and took some courses in the area. He became interested in projects, took an autocad course, began designing networks, took a technical course in telecommunications, became responsible for the headend of the company, and then became technology manager, where he first implemented cable internet, and then , digital TV. Soon, he implemented wireless internet and finally the internet via fiber. Today, he still works with all these technologies, analog TV, digital and iSDBt, cable internet, wireless and fiber. He has been in the business for 23 years, has the master as his home, and he also opened his own company operating in the North of Minas Gerais, Brazil, in which he is a managing partner. The company is called Vianorte.

André Ribeiro – Marketing Vice President – SKY

André Ribeiro is SKY’s Marketing Vice President. André was postpaid product director and for 13 years with the company, he had been developing solutions and strategies for the product and building significant results for SKY Play, the operator’s video on demand platform. As Marketing Vice President, the executive is responsible for leading Branding, Communication and Products areas, helping to consolidate and position the brand in the pay-TV market, in addition to maximizing pre-and post-paid results.

Agnaldo Lopes – CEO – Grupo ABL

Lopes has a degree in Information System Management and has always breathed entrepreneurship since his youth. He founded the group’s first company in the early 2000s.
ABL System, a software house, has been working since the beginning of the millennium with the production of systems that involve high technology and construction of platforms that transform the user’s experience. Grupo ABL’s mission is to offer integrated solutions in technology, multichannel service, e-commerce and telecom.
In 2015, Agnaldo Lopes founded Nova, which is now the fifth largest telecom company in Paraná. Lopes is confident in entrepreneurship and technological and process innovation that it is through these transformations that we will build the society of the future right here in the present.

José Augusto Diniz Neto – CEO – TVN

Founding partner, in the 90s, of Plataforma Telecomunicações, one of the first paid cable TV operators in the Northeast. In 2000 he founded TVN, which had operations in the states of Maranhão and Rio Grande do Sul. In 2011 he was one of the founders and partners of TIP Brasil, a company that offers B2B services to the Internet Service Provider market in Brazil, currently serving more than 600 providers throughout Brazil. With an effective presence in the associative scene, he was one of the founders of NEOTV, an association that brings together paid TV operators. Also in the associative field, he had active participation in ICE-MA, the business citizenship institute of the state of Maranhão, where he participated in the elaboration of a plan to monitor the state’s social indicators aimed at the development of the region.

Guilherme Bretas – Marketing manager Vivo Play – Vivo Telefonica Brasil

Guilherme is passionate about television and Geek culture, which he took to his professional field. Graduated in economics from USP with an MBA in business intelligence, he has experience in the areas of marketing, strategic and commercial planning, project management and partnerships. He has worked in entertainment and telecommunications companies always close to the digital product strategy, such as Vivo Play App, Disney + and FOX +. Focused on results, with easy communication, high level of energy and passionate about developing the strengths of the teams, he is inspired by working taking the great stories of the world to more and more people.

Tiago Bona – Technology and Networks Director – CTIO – VIP Telecom

Tiago Bona works at VIP Telecom as a Technology and Networks Director – CTIO, in charge of areas such as Web and Mobile Development, Apps, Software Quality, Security, Infrastructure and Operations, with experience and involvement in the Organization’s strategic decisions.
He has activities and experiences developed in segments such as Telecommunications, Media, Transport, Education and Logistics, as well as experiences in creating new business units and managing restructuring. He has a specialization in Project Management from FGV/UCI – University of California Irvine; Graduated in Data Processing Technology at UPF and Mastering in Strategic Management in Information Technologies at Universidad Européa del Atlántico – Spain.

Alberto Knob – Market Director – SAT TV GO

Alberto Knob is Market Director at SAT TV, a pay TV operator with over 22 years in the market. SAT TV currently has two operations of its own offering TV and internet channels. One operator is located on the coast of São Paulo in the city of Peruíbe and another in the city of Caxias do Sul RS
SATtv was one of the pioneers of cable TV in Brazil created in 1990 with the name PANSAT later recreated as SAT TV. Alberto Knob recalls that when Cable TV was launched in Brazil, we had 18 TV channels that formed the channel grid.
Currently, Alberto Knob directs the area of SAT TV aimed at providing more than 210 TV channels, all with direct contracts with content programmers, in addition to forming partnerships with ISPs Internet providers.

Aline Borges – Project Manager – Research, Development & Innovation – Life

Aline Borges is the Research, Development & Innovation Manager at Life Serviços, a group collaborator for 16 years, where she started the RD&I department that currently works in the Software Engineering, Systems Analysis and Implementation and Data Science fronts, in the development of new strategic solutions. She has deployed several Pay TV Middleware platforms and currently manages the new Technology Solutions for TV Streaming and Data Science Analytics TV projects, is also a member of the NEOTV Programming Council. She has degrees in Information Technology, Computer Networks, MBAs from FGV in Project Management and Business Management and Data Science degrees from the Data Science Academy.
